For every referring friend that TOURS*, you will receive a round of golf* for two, a one night stay in our on-site condominiums, or a $100 gift certificate for dinner at The Clubs or Tommy Thompson's Grille.. It's that easy – for every tour, you are rewarded!

Frequently Asked Questions

I have provided names of my friends and family in the past. Will those referrals count toward this new program?
The Share St. James rewards are based on new names and visits to the community after April 4, 2008. We appreciate any referrals you’ve given us in the past and we thank you, but past referrals are not eligible for the Share St. James rewards program.

Am I required to visit with my friends to be eligible?
No. This program is designed for owners to share the St. James Plantation experience with their friends but we recognize that not everyone’s schedule will allow for this.

Can I be rewarded multiple times?
Your referrals are the highest compliment we can receive from you and Share St. James is designed to introduce your friends and family to our unique lifestyle. There is no limit to the number of referrals you share but your reward will be “activated” when your friend tours with us and discovers our lifestyle for themselves.

As a Property Owner, what's in this for me?
As an owner, when your friend or family member visits and tours with a St. James Properties sales executive, you will be rewarded with:

A one-night stay in a beautiful on-site condominium or…
A round of golf for two on The Members, Players or Founders Club course or...
A $100 dinner certificate for The Clubs or Tommy Thompson's Grille.

I have my St. James Plantation property listed for sale. Why should I participate in this program?
We recognize that people have their property for sale for a variety of reasons. For many, having their property for sale does not diminish the excitement they have for St. James Plantation. All property owners who refer a friend are eligible for rewards.

How will I be notified of my reward after a friend tours?
Your golf, accommodations, or dinner certificate, whichever you selected on the web-form, will be mailed to you shortly after your friend has toured.

*Friends will tour through a complimentary Plantation Preview Package. They'll enjoy two nights accommodations, a round of golf for two*, an exclusive private tour of the community and access to all amenities. When touring, both spouses must be present.
