I have provided names of my friends and family in the past. Will those referrals count toward this new program?
The 2011 Share St. James rewards are based on new visits to the community after January, 1, 2011. We appreciate any referrals you've given us in the past and we thank you. It doesn't matter when you turned in the referral, as long as they take their tour* of St. James between January 1, 2011 and December 31st, 2011.
Am I required to visit with my friends to be eligible?
No. This program is designed for owners to share the St. James Plantation experience with their friends but we recognize that not everyone's schedule will allow for this.
Can I be rewarded multiple times?
Your referrals are the highest compliment we can receive from you and Share St. James is designed to introduce your friends and family to our unique lifestyle. There is no limit to the number of referrals you share but your reward will be "activated" when your friend tours* with us and discovers our lifestyle for themselves.
As a Property Owner, what's in this for me?
As an owner, when your friend or family member visits and tours* with a St. James Properties sales executive, you will be rewarded with a $100 club credit that can be enjoyed any where in St. James! Enjoy a golf or fitness lesson, a round of golf, lunch or dinner at your favorite restaurant, or any pro shop (or tennis shop) merchandise of your choice. You can also use the credit for accommodations, too!
I have my St. James Plantation property listed for sale. Why should I participate in this program?
We recognize that people have their property for sale for a variety of reasons. For many, having their property for sale does not diminish the excitement they have for St. James Plantation. All property owners who refer a friend are eligible for rewards.
How will I be notified of my reward after a friend tours?
Your club credit certificate will be mailed to you shortly after your friend has toured.
